Starting to plan now for mid – late 2010. We currently reside in a 3 bedroom furnished unit in Marina Mazatlan. Looks like the family might prefer direct ocean front. We would like to start seeing what is available now. We would sign a 1 year lease minimum.

We prefer a 3 bedroom minimum furnished unit. We may consider a 2 bedroom in the right place at the right price. We only want direct ocean or beachfront. The malecon is OK as we just need to walk across the street. We will not need the unit until July or August 2010 as our current lease is through then.

Again, we are looking long term. We may be able to accomodate you if you would like to visit while here. We have a timeshare we can stay at as well we may plan our own trip back to the states to coincide with your stay. So, you may have a long term tenant that always pays on time, takes great care of your property, and will even leave when you come to visit making your home available for you.
